Runto Technology Report (Via mydriversAccording to) Xiaomi has joined the top three monitor brands in China. The company has been allegedly focusing on office productivity monitor in its domestic market for some time. It is reported that the company has seen a slight overall growth of 0.8 percent (4.95 million units) in the first half of 2024. Not only this, traditional e-commerce sales have seen a decline of 0.7 percent year after year. However, even after this, the company has made its place in third place.
Xiaomi has allegedly focused its focus on the 27-inch FHD monitor in China. This focus of the company has clearly acquired a lot of market share, especially in the budget-friendly segment.
Further, it has also been told that AOC in China still remains a leading monitor brand. However, its sales have also slowed down compared to last year. At the same time, HKC, known for its gaming-centric monitors, finished second. 27-Inch QHD Gaming Monitor liked the brand’s emphasis on the customers, which was 80 percent of its sales.
In the case of monitor in China, the low-end market is now allegedly over 2 percent compared to the previous year. Certainly Xiaomi took advantage of this. While an increase in sales of gaming segment monitor is being recorded, the report says that the demand for office product display is expected to increase further due to increasing importance of remote work and online education.
